To drink ouzo like a pro, you'll need a small glass and a couple of ice cubes. Pour the ouzo over the ice, and watch as the anise reacts to the cold and starts to turn a little cloudy. If you don't have ice - you can add a splash of cold water to neat ouzo instead.
